(Halifax NS) - Join Rhapsody Quintet and their special guests at a free outdoor performance this Sunday, September 16, 2007 from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m. at the Grand Parade, downtown Halifax.

Rhapsody will be performing musical theatre tunes including the works of Irving Berlin, George Gershwin, Richard Rodgers and other great composers; as well as jazz standards and light classics. Rhapsody Quintet will also host a number of special guest soloist during the concert, including El Viento Flamenco, vocalists Patrice Boulianne (Blou), Kate Quinn and Dutch Robinson, fiddler/vocalist Anthony Rissessco and host, Shelley Solmes, of CBC Radio fame.

Rain location is St. Paul's Church in the Grand Parade.
