Rhapsody Quintet released its third recording, "Kiss of Fire," a collection of salon music, including the title tango, "Kiss of Fire." Featuring  program notes by British composer Ernest Tomlinson whose music is featured in the recording, "Kiss of Fire" is sure to delight Rhapsody's many fans. 

Rhapsody Quintet performed at the release party held on November 21, 2001 at the Prince George Hotel, Halifax, Nova Scotia. Members of the Quintet are Anne Rapson, violin; Shimon Walt, cello; John Rapson, clarinet; Diana Torbert, piano; and new bassist, Catherine Loftin.  Catherine is delighted to have joined Rhapsody, and she replaces founding bass player, Max Kasper.
